Martin Jol seals £4m exit pay-off
Tottenham manager Martin Jol has already negotiated a £4million exit from White Hart Lane.
Dutch coach Jol privately accepts that the board want to replace him after they offered his job to Sevilla coach Juande Ramos and Jose Mourinho after his departure from Chelsea.
And Jol has secretly negotiated a severance package with the club and will go as soon as Tottenham are able to appoint a new man to replace him.
